Return Window and Eligibility
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery, provided the following conditions are met:
- Returns are accepted for both defective and non-defective products
- Items must be new, unused, and unwashed
- Products must be returned in their original condition and packaging
- Requests made after 30 days from delivery will not be accepted
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us as soon as possible and include the following details:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the item and its packaging
- A brief description of the issue
After reviewing the information, we will arrange an appropriate solution, which may include a replacement, exchange, or full refund.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, you will be notified by email regarding the status of your refund.
If approved:
- Refunds will be processed to the original method of payment
- The refund will be completed within 7 days
- You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been issued
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund after approval:
- Please recheck your bank or payment account
- Contact your bank or credit card provider, as processing times may vary

Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns under the following conditions:
- Items that are used, washed, or not in new condition
- Products returned after the 30-day return window
- Items returned without following the return instructions
Exchanges
We accept exchanges for eligible items within the 30-day return window.
- Items must meet the same return conditions (new and unused)
- Exchanges are subject to product availability
- Customers are encouraged to carefully review product descriptions before placing an order

- Restocking fee: No cost
- Return shipping cost: Customer is responsible unless the item is defective

Cancellation Policy
Orders may be canceled before they are processed or shipped. Once an order has been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible and the return policy will apply.
